Protection built in.

Two indexed strategies, each customised to your goals, timeline and budget — designed so your retirement money can grow without riding the market down.

Strategy 1

Indexed tax-free retirement income

Built on an indexed life insurance policy, customised to you.

  • Tax-free retirement income when properly structured
  • Growth linked to a market index with a 0% floor — no market losses
  • Built-in safety: protection for your family and living benefits if you're seriously ill
  • No required minimum distributions
Strategy 2

Guaranteed growth & lifetime income

Built on fixed and fixed indexed annuities.

  • Guaranteed growth, guaranteed income for life — or a combination of both
  • Principal protected from market downturns
  • Tax-deferred growth
  • Income options that can continue for your spouse

Relocating? Your money moves with you.

Whether you move for work, family or back home, your plan isn't lost or frozen. Your policy or annuity stays in force, you can manage it online from anywhere, and you can take withdrawals or loans to your U.S. or home-country bank account.

Not available in restricted or sanctioned countries. Bank and payout options depend on the carrier, and your new country's tax rules may treat your plan differently — we review this with you before you move.

These strategies aren't right for everyone — they work best when properly funded over time. We'll show you the real numbers, costs and trade-offs before you decide.

Planning for your children

A 529 saves for college.
A kids' plan builds for life.

529 plans are a solid tool for education. But if your goals go beyond tuition — a scholarship, a first home, a business, or passing on wealth — it's worth seeing how the two compare.

529 college savings planKids' plan (indexed life insurance)
What the money can be used forQualified education: college, K-12 tuition (up to $20,000/yr), apprenticeshipsAnything — college, first home, business, wedding, retirement
If your child gets a scholarshipPenalty waived up to the scholarship amount, but growth is taxed as incomeNo change — the money stays available for any goal
Financial aid (FAFSA)Parent-owned 529 counts as an asset and can reduce aid by up to 5.64% of its valueCash value is not reported as an asset on the FAFSA
Money not used for educationIncome tax plus a 10% penalty on growth; limited options to switch to a sibling or roll up to $35,000 into a Roth IRAStays with your child and keeps growing
Passing on wealthDesigned for education, not as a legacy toolTax-free death benefit to the family, plus lifelong protection for your child
Market riskInvested in the market — can lose valueIndex-linked growth with a 0% floor
Trade-offsRestricted to qualified education; market ups and downsApproval subject to underwriting; builds best when funded over time

Many families use both: a 529 for expected tuition and a kids' plan for everything else. We'll help you decide the right mix for your child.

FAQ

You've heard things.
Here's the truth.

A lot of people have had a bad experience with financial sales — so we'd rather you hear it straight, before we ever meet.

FactIndexed strategies build value you can use while you're alive — for retirement income, a home, college or a business. Protection for your family comes built in.
Myth"My money will be locked up."
FactYou can access your money through withdrawals and loans — even from abroad. Some products have a set term, and we explain any limits upfront.
Myth"The market can wipe me out."
FactIndexed growth comes with a 0% floor: when the market falls, your credited value doesn't go down because of it.
Myth"It's only for the wealthy."

Myth"They'll pressure me on the first call."
FactThe first meeting is a free review. You leave with clarity — what you do next is entirely up to you.
Good question

Why do banks and large companies use this strategy?

Many banks and large corporations hold cash-value life insurance as an asset on their own balance sheets — for its stable, tax-advantaged growth and protection.

We use the same principles for families: growth that doesn't ride the market down, tax advantages, and protection built in.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Isn't this just insurance?

Our retirement and kids' strategies use indexed products with built-in protection, issued by highly rated insurance carriers — and that's exactly what makes the guarantees possible. They can combine tax-free income, protection from market losses and protection for your family in a way a single investment account can't. We'll always show you how they compare with a 401(k), IRA or 529.

What does it cost me?

Our planning is complimentary. We're compensated by the carriers whose products you choose. Products themselves include charges, which we explain in full before you decide.

Do I need a medical exam?

Life insurance–based strategies require underwriting approval. Many carriers offer simplified underwriting, and some approvals take as little as 24 hours. Annuities generally don't require medical underwriting.

What if I move abroad?

Your policy or annuity stays in force and can be managed online, with withdrawals or loans paid to a U.S. or home-country bank account. Not available in restricted or sanctioned countries, and your new country's tax rules may differ — we review this with you before you move.

Can I use my old 401(k)?

Yes. An old 401(k) or 403(b) can often be rolled into an annuity strategy without tax when done as a direct rollover. We'll review your options and any trade-offs first.

Is the first meeting really no-obligation?

Yes. You'll get a clear picture of where you stand. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
